Mott MacDonald in Madrid is seeking a highly experienced Airport Technical Advisor with a civil engineering background to support and grow our airport advisory business. This role requires delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with planning, engineering, operations, and finance teams, and engaging aviation clients.

You will lead projects as Technical Lead and Project Manager, mentor junior staff, travel internationally as required, and benefit from our hybrid working

Formación

• Background in civil engineering or related degree.
• Professional qualification with a recognised Institution such as ICE or equivalent.
• Experience in aviation or transferable skills from another industry.
• Broad airport lifecycle experience: forecasting, planning, design, operations, and advisory.
• Right to work in Spain.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated airport solutions.
• Engage with aviation clients and apply knowledge to project assignments.
• Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Lead projects as Technical Lead and Project Manager, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Visit clients domestically and internationally to support delivery.
