Job Description

You will join a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to corporate credit risk who has become a credit and risk center of excellence. As a member of the team, you will navigate a sharp learning curve which will push you to put in practice your academic knowledge. Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:

  1. Rotation 3: Periodic Review Team

Responsibilities for the role

  1. Learn to conduct credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on the existing portfolio as well as new customer underwriting. The data collected may include financial statements, credit reports, industry research, and tax returns.
  2. Learn to prepare and present credit reports to person(s) responsible for making credit decisions.
  3. Learn how to set up and maintain databases used to analyze accounts and/or portfolios.
  4. Learn how to monitor accounts to identify potential risk to mitigate losses to Elavon.
  5. Learn how to prepare and present credit reports to person(s) responsible for maintaining control over the credit standings of individual accounts and portfolios. Generally, furnish information relative to credit inquiries to appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance/economics with a target completion date of May 2025.
  2. Eager to understand financial and payments markets.
  3. Ability to start graduate program on 1 Sept 2025.
  4. English Level C1 - Request for English CV only.
  5. One year or less industry experience.

Preferred qualifications

  1. Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
  5. Accuracy and attention to detail.

Location: Alcobendas, Madrid (3 days office & 2 days home)

Contract: 2 year Fixed Term Contract.
