You will drive integration, optimization, and long-term customer success across diverse environments.

The role emphasizes advanced AI/ML in cybersecurity, cross-team collaboration, and frequent customer engagement with up to 25% travel. Remote work is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field with 8 years deployment experience.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge for cybersecurity applications.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools and security automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon AI-powered detection.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automate responses.
• Tune ML algorithms to balance false positives with detection.
• Develop AI-driven security playbooks and automation.
• Assist with AI integration into existing tools and workflows.
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
• Travel up to 25%.
