Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a Product Owner/PM to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives. You will translate business needs into features and acceptance criteria, leading from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with clients, AI engineers, data teams, and architects to define capabilities around LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling, and evaluation methods, while ensuring Responsible AI governance and measurable success.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience as Product Owner/PM delivering technology products.
• Proven experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Lead products from discovery through MVP to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, developers, and data teams.
• Define capabilities using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and guardrails.
