Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a Product Owner/PM to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives. You will translate business needs into features and acceptance criteria, leading from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with clients, AI engineers, data teams, and architects to define capabilities around LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling, and evaluation methods, while ensuring Responsible AI governance and measurable success.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience as Product Owner/PM delivering technology products.
• Proven experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.

Descripción del empleo

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
• Lead products from discovery and MVP definition through development, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams
• Define product capabilities using knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methods, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Define and monitor product success metrics covering business value, adoption, quality, reliability, cost, and AI performance
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, governance standards, security requirements, privacy regulations, and compliance policies
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation
• Support business development, solution shaping, and proposition development within the AI practice
• Stay current with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technology advancements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering technology products
• Proven experience developing and delivering Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies and architectures, including RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlog management
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
• Experience in a client-facing consulting environment is desirable
• Passion for innovation and strong interest in AI-enabled business transformation
