Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a highly autonomous Product Leader to drive AI-powered consumer apps. You will work with founders, engineering, design, and data teams to translate ambitious ideas into scalable products used by millions.

You’ll own initiatives from discovery to launch, define strategy and roadmaps, and measure impact with KPIs. Remote Europe-based, fast-growing startup environment, strong growth, collaboration, and opportunity to shape the product vision.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within technology businesses.
• Experience launching consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML or LLM-based products.
• Proven track record of owning products from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own product initiatives from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Partner with AI, engineering and design teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, engaging user experiences.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Gather and define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead rapid experimentation, prototyping and feature validation.
• Define success metrics and use data to optimise product performance.
• Work directly with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive delivery.
• Analyse user behaviour, retention and engagement trends to inform decision-making.
• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Help shape long-term product vision for AI-powered consumer applications.
