Job summary

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for private markets with AI-powered automation and deep regulatory expertise. You will own end-to-end AI platform work, from architecture to deployment, crafting agents that automate fund-operations workflows and integrating them across services with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.

You will work on Mastrau, Lang Graph, and other tools, ensuring production readiness, observability and cost-efficiency within EU data residency constraints.

Qualifications

• Five or more years building production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, tool contracts, memory and RAG.
• Experience integrating agents into real products with auth models.
• Ability to measure non-deterministic systems with tests and CI.
• Backend experience in TypeScript and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, evaluation, integration and deployment of AI agents.
• Build and ship domain-specific agents for fund-operations workflows.
• Design the evaluation layer with real-data test cases and CI regression suites.
• Improve agent performance, latency, accuracy and cost.
• Develop platform patterns and ensure cross-team adoption.
