Job summary

Coltech is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions for fintech products. This fully remote role spans Europe, with responsibilities to deploy AI capabilities from prototype to scalable production.

You will work on embeddings, LLMs, and agentic AI, leveraging LangChain and related tools in a cloud-native stack. Strong backend integration, and regression to compliance standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with AI agents / Agentic AI.
• Understanding of ML/LLM deployment and MLOps.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Docker / Kubernetes experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design production-grade AI solutions for core FinTech products.
• Lead integration and deployment of AI features across platforms.
• Ensure scalable, robust and compliant AI systems suitable for fintech environments.
