Quantion is a Business Digital Transformation services company seeking senior profiles with hands-on experience to design, build, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable software delivery.

Join our Platform Engineering & Operations team to develop reusable AI-enabled services, implement CI/CD for AI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive governance and best practices across the software lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
• Strong software engineering with Python/Java/TypeScript
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, and AI agents
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered capabilities and reusable components
• Develop integrations with AI models, tools, and delivery platforms
• Create reusable platform capabilities to accelerate AI adoption
• Define automation, governance, and oversight for AI workflows
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams
