Quantion in Spain is seeking senior Platform Engineering & AI professionals to design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities—reusable components and workflows across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will develop integrations with AI models and developer tools, define governance for AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with platform, DevOps, security and product teams to drive scalable AI-enabled delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with Python, Java or TypeScript in production systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, containerization and cloud-native development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Define automation, governance and levels of human oversight for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost and performance in AI solutions.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security and product teams to integrate AI into the software lifecycle.
