Quantion is recruiting an AI Engineer in Alcantarilla, Spain to design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities and reusable components. You will develop integrations with AI models and developer tools, shaping an AI-driven ecosystem across delivery platforms.

Join a team driving secure, scalable AI-enabled software delivery and governance. You will collaborate with DevOps, security, and product squads, applying prompt engineering and RAG concepts to production systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with Python, Java, or TypeScript in production systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate AI adoption across engineering teams.
• Define governance, automation, and oversight for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance in AI solutions.
• Develop production-ready, observable, and maintainable AI-enabled services.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams in adopting AI capabilities through documentation and templates.
• Gather feedback and improve AI capabilities based on adoption and needs.
• Contribute to standards, reusable patterns, and governance for AI-enabled software development.
