Quantion is seeking senior AI Platform Engineers to design and deliver AI-powered engineering capabilities. You will build reusable components, integrate AI models and tools, and define governance for scalable AI-enabled software delivery.

Join our multilingual, international team to drive adoption of AI across engineering practices with CI/CD, cloud-native approaches, and secure, observable services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong software engineering experience with Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, MCP, and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate AI adoption across engineering teams.
• Define levels of automation, oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance in AI solutions.
• Develop production-ready, observable, and maintainable AI-enabled services.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI into the software lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams in adopting AI capabilities via documentation and templates.
• Gather feedback and improve AI capabilities based on adoption needs.
• Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and governance for AI-enabled development.
