Quantion is seeking senior profiles with strong hands-on experience to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable software delivery across complex projects and teams.

You will build reusable AI-enabled solutions, integrate AI models and developer tools into a coherent ecosystem, and enable engineering groups to adopt AI-assisted software development practices in an international, multidisciplinary environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong software engineering experience with Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP, and AI agents.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate the adoption of AI across engineering teams.
• Define appropriate levels of automation, human oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance when designing AI solutions.
