Fever is a leading global platform in culture and live entertainment, seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the technical roadmap and drive scalable systems. You will mentor teams, own architectural decisions, and collaborate across product and engineering to deliver high-quality, resilient services.

You’ll work with Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern microservices patterns, while guiding best practices and speeding delivery at scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering in agile environments, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, best practices, testing, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable systems, networking, resilience, and migrating monoliths to microservices.
• Ability to deliver code from development to production with high-quality engineering solutions.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence technical teams.
• High autonomy and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
• Empathetic, inclusive, curious, with a passion for impact through technology.
• Advanced English proficiency.
