Blu Selection is seeking a Senior AI & ML Engineer to join a global fragrance, flavor, and ingredients leader. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, build scalable AI systems, and drive production-ready pipelines in a hybrid Barcelona setup.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT/engineering, strong Python and AI/ML knowledge, and hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, Docker, and CI/CD. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD, Docker.
• Experience in Agile environments and ability to communicate with both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus.

They are looking for aSenior AI & ML Engineer to join their expanding team. In this high-impact technical role, you will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions—applying deep engineering rigor to build and scale reliable systems that solve real-world R&D challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands-on Development: Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines, ensuring AI solutions are integrated into robust software architectures.
• MLOps Mastery: Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.
• Technical Implementation: Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern best practices.
• Agile Delivery & Compliance: Work within an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Business Advisory: Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements.

What they are looking for:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, with significant hands-on experience in AI/ML and technical leadership.
• Technical Excellence: Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices.
• MLOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring AI systems in production.
• Collaboration: Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus).
