N-iX is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and enhance AI-driven solutions within the Palantir Foundry and AIP ecosystem. You will own production-ready ML/LLM projects from business understanding through deployment and monitoring, collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to build scalable AI solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ML/AI, strong Python and ML framework skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, GenAI, and RAG architectures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or GenAI applications.
• Experience with designing and implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to translate business needs into production AI solutions and communicate decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions for production use within Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Implement LLM/NLP and RAG solutions with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and scalable processing.
• Communicate technical decisions and model limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
