Capitole is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to shipping GenAI/NLP models to production in Python. You’ll work in a lean 5–6 person squad on 3–4 projects, owning the technical solution end-to-end with a focus on production-ready GenAI features.

The role requires 3–5 years of production AI/ML experience, strong Python, and experience with NLP/LLM projects. Hybrid work in Barcelona, with English for team communication; training budgets and flexible hours are offered.

Formación

• 3–5 years of production AI/ML experience.
• Advanced Python development; production-grade code, not notebook scripts.
• Experience with NLP/GenAI/LLM projects; discuss embeddings and evaluation metrics.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD and Docker; understands end-to-end pipelines.
• Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch) and data processing (pandas).

Responsabilidades

• Build production-ready GenAI/LLM features for chatbots and NLP systems.
• Ship GenAI/NLP models to production in a fast-moving squad.
• Collaborate with MLEs to own technical solutions end-to-end.
• Maintain coding discipline and CI/CD pipelines across projects.
