Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience.
• Backend experience in Java/Kotlin/Python/Go.
• Proficient SQL design for real-time workflows.
• Experience deploying on AWS or GCP.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants.
• Ability to verify AI-generated code.
• Autonomous with strong product sense.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end to end.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infra.
• Build modern UIs with TypeScript and React.
• Develop backend services in Java/Kotlin/Python/Go.
• Design robust SQL schemas for real-time workflows.
• Deploy and operate apps in AWS or GCP.
• Use AI coding assistants within the workflow while maintaining verification.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and customers.
• Own technical outcomes from problem definition to production.
• Build secure and reliable systems for sensitive healthcare data.
