TensorOps Consulting Services Ltd seeks an exceptional Principal ML Architect (Client-Facing, Agentic AI) to lead engagements across Spain. You will shape technical strategy, mentor teams, and deliver production-grade AI systems leveraging modern agentic paradigms and LLMs.

You will guide client discussions with executives and engineers, drive architectural design, and oversee end-to-end project delivery in a fully remote setup within Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in machine learning and software engineering, delivering production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Significant client-facing experience, able to engage with C-level executives and tech teams.
• Proven leadership and project management in complex software projects.
• Deep expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong foundation in software architecture, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead Technical Strategy & Architecture: collaborate with clients to design scalable ML, search, and agentic AI solutions.
• Manage Client Engagements: be the primary technical contact for stakeholders and ensure delivery goals.
• Lead & Mentor Engineering Teams: guide ML engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Drive Innovation: implement cutting-edge agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Oversee the Full Project Lifecycle: from discovery to deployment and iteration.
