EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead and shape enterprise-grade AI platforms on Microsoft Azure in a hybrid Netherlands-based setup.

You will drive architecting AI-native engineering workflows, governance, observability and secure delivery across client programs. Responsibilities include defining target-state architectures for AI platforms, RAG systems and agents, overseeing roadmaps, and enabling teams with practical patterns and accelerators for production-ready AI

Formación

• 10+ years in solution architecture, cloud platforms or platform engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Define target-state architectures for AI platforms, assistants, RAG systems, agents and AI-native engineering workflows.
• Lead architecture discovery, maturity assessments, technical roadmaps and delivery governance.
• Design Azure-first architectures using Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, API Management and AKS.
• Translate business outcomes into architecture decisions and governance across teams.
• Facilitate workshops, enablement sessions and presales contributions.
