TensorOps Consulting Services Ltd is seeking a Principal ML Architect (Client-Facing, Agentic AI) for Spain. The role combines senior technical leadership with direct client engagement to design and deliver production-grade GenAI systems.

You will lead architecture, guide engineering teams, and mentor staff while driving innovative agentic workflows and scalable ML solutions across projects. This is a remote, senior-level opportunity with high impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML and software engineering.
• Significant client-facing experience in consulting or architecture.
• Proven leadership of ML projects and teams.
• Deep Python and data science stack expertise.
• Expertise with LLMs, agentic design patterns, and scalable ML systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead Technical Strategy & Architecture for client projects.
• Manage client engagements and translate complex concepts.
• Lead and mentor ML engineers, ensuring delivery quality.
• Drive innovation with agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Oversee lifecycle from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
