Ciklum in Málaga, Spain is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our hybrid team on a full-time basis. You will work across client engagements, guiding AI/automation initiatives from requirements through delivery, and ensuring measurable business value.

You will lead multidisciplinary sessions with stakeholders, design scalable AI/ML solutions, and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating with product owners and engineering teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Structured Business Analysis with BPMN and requirement specs for IA/AI solutions.
• Experience in delivery management, governance, and risk/issue handling.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias risk, and regulatory considerations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Business Analysis lifecycle for automation projects.
• Own project management for a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops to align scope and objectives.
• Communicate across stakeholders; secure organizational buy-in.
• Build business cases and lead governance to deliver ROI.
• Collaborate with automation developers and SMEs; ensure traceability.
• Mentor junior consultants in requirements gathering and methods.
• Contribute to growth of the IA practice and pre-sales
