Aily Labs is seeking AI Engineers to build agentic decision systems at enterprise scale, delivering reliable GenAI-powered insights. You will work across finance, supply chain, R&D, and commercial domains in a hybrid setup and contribute to production-grade Python systems.

We value strong software engineering and applied AI skills, latency and robustness focus, and collaboration with Data Scientists and Product teams. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain or Germany.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Production-grade software development with Python.
• Experience with agentic or multi-agent architectures.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Right to work in Spain or Germany.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex features and lead initiatives from design to implementation, grounding agents in structured data.
• Oversee multi-agent orchestration, context/memory, tool use, and fast/deep response paths in production-grade code.
• Ensure quality and performance: evaluation frameworks, monitoring, latency, reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend, and Product teams on architecture and standards.
• Mentor juniors on Python engineering practices (typing, async, testability) and evangelize AI value.
