What you’ll do as a Senior AI Engineer

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and automation tools that enhance user engagement.
• Train and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate responses.
• Establish infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions.
• Prototype and iterate on AI-driven features for high-impact solutions.
• Stay updated with NLP, LLMs, and AI advancements, applying cutting-edge techniques.
• Provide technical leadership in AI, establishing best practices and innovative solutions.

What we’re looking for

3-5 years of AI development experience, focusing on LLMs and conversational AI systems.

Experience with RAG pipelines using LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems.

Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB.

Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex.

Understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking.

Background in data engineering, data pipelines, and preprocessing.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
