- 7+ years in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Transformation.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align views.
- Hands-on AI tools experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in analysis.
- Proficient in BPMN 2.0 modelling and BPM software.
- Comfort in ambiguous environments and governance building.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IS, or related field.
