Super is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive end-to-end business improvement across functions and geographies. You will combine business analysis, process modelling, and emerging AI technologies to define solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires BPMN 2.0 expertise, strong requirements gathering, and collaboration with delivery teams to align business needs with data-driven solutions. You will work in a global environment with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement roles.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with process modelling using BPMN 2.0.
• Experience using BPM and process tools such as Signavio, BusinessOptix, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographies.
• Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Use BPM tools such as Signavio or BusinessOptix to design, analyse, and optimise processes.
• Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutions.
• Support the identification and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities, including process automation, decision support, and predictive analytics.
• Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics.
• Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and repositories.
