Edelman is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, scale, and evolve our data platforms, blending hands-on engineering with architectural ownership. You will lead end-to-end pipelines, apply Generative AI to real production workflows, and guide engineers on best practices in data, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.

Close collaboration with the Data Engineering lead will define technical direction and delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years building and operating enterprise-scale data platforms across full lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, and distributed data processing.
• Advanced Python and SQL with production-quality engineering standards.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native data infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience integrating Generative AI models into production data or analytics workflows.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices.
• Actively stay current on agent-based automation and data engineering trends.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable data architectures for batch, streaming, and AI workloads.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion through analytics and ML/GenAI use cases.
• Define and enforce data engineering standards across modelling, orchestration, observability, and reliability.
• Mentor data engineers through code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Document architectures and workflows to support shared understanding and operational excellence.
