We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role requires a combination of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify key business processes, pain points, and opportunities where (Gen)AI and automation can drive value.
2. Validate the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and develop comprehensive business cases.
3. Run and steer (Gen)AI projects by orchestrating different stakeholders, teams and external suppliers.
4. Maintain and prioritize a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business impact and return on investment (ROI).
5. Define and implement key metrics to measure the ROI of AI-driven initiatives.
6. Track project progress and report insights to leadership, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
7. Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, including IP rights, the EU AI Act, and internal governance frameworks.
8. Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions that align with business needs.
9. Drive internal awareness of AI initiatives through newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
10. Share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to promote a data-driven and AI-enabled culture.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
2. 10+ years of professional experience, with ~5 years in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
3. Strong consulting experience with deep expertise in AI technologies.
4. Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing industry is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI topics into business-relevant strategies.
6. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is a plus.
7. Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
