We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role requires a combination of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify key business processes, pain points, and opportunities where (Gen)AI and automation can drive value.
• Validate the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and develop comprehensive business cases.
• Manage and steer (Gen)AI projects by coordinating stakeholders, teams, and external suppliers.
• Maintain and prioritize a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap aligned with business impact and ROI.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the ROI of AI initiatives.
• Report project progress and insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, including IP rights, the EU AI Act, and internal governance frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions that meet business needs.
• Promote internal awareness of AI initiatives through newsletters, presentations, and social media.
• Share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to foster a data-driven, AI-enabled culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with approximately 5 years in Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
• Strong consulting background with deep expertise in AI technologies.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI topics into business strategies.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
