CompuGroup Medical is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) for an on-site role in Madrid. You will lead test automation efforts, design frameworks in Python, and drive quality across APIs, UI, and AI components.

The role requires strong automation skills and collaboration with developers in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes automation, CI/CD integration, and validation of AI-based solutions, with English as the daily working language.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.
• Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.
• Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• High level of English (daily work in English).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
• Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
• Define the product quality strategy with the development team.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the lifecycle and perform reviews.
• Identify quality risks and propose improvements in processes and tools.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover unconsidered scenarios.
• Validate AI-based solutions, including agentic systems and LLM-based apps.
