Formación

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Integrator based in Spain.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to help organizations turn AI strategies into practical, scalable business solutions.
This will design and deploy AI‑powered workflows that integrate naturally into existing operational processes.
The role combines systems thinking, technical implementation, process design, and client collaboration.
You will work with AI agents, copilots, automations, retrieval‑augmented systems, and business applications.
Your work will directly influence adoption, efficiency, user experience, and measurable business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary AI teams while helping clients navigate change and new ways of working.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and making AI genuinely useful in day‑to‑day business.

Accountabilities

• Analyze client workflows, operational processes, and business requirements to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
• Coordinate pilot implementations involving AI copilots, agents, retrieval‑augmented systems, and other AI‑powered solutions.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to design, configure, test, and deploy workflows tailored to client data, processes, and priorities.
• Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, user interfaces, and AI capabilities into business platforms such as CRM, ERP, and customer support systems.
• Partner with AI design specialists to ensure user‑facing agents deliver appropriate behavior, tone, functionality, and user experience.
• Monitor AI solution adoption, gather feedback from users, and continuously improve workflows and configurations after launch.
• Support change management and client enablement activities, helping teams understand, adopt, and effectively use new AI‑powered solutions.
• Document systems, workflows, configurations, and implementation processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Coordinate implementation activities across technical and non‑technical stakeholders while keeping projects aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in process design, systems integration, product implementation, digital transformation, or a similar field.
• Hands‑on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms, or workflow solutions such as Zapier, LangChain, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI workflow design, and AI lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of how AI technologies can be operationalized across business functions, systems, and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Strong systems‑thinking, documentation, project coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms is a plus.
• Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on business value, usability, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where AI technologies and implementation approaches continue to develop.
