Job summary

CommerceClarity, based in Barcelona, is seeking an Agent PM to own and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers. In this role, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of AI agents, from development to performance iteration, while also engaging deeply with stakeholders to drive commercial growth. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in product management or technical account management, with fluency in English and strong communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility in remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, solutions engineering, or technical account management for complex SaaS or AI products.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring AI or LLM products.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI agents from requirements to go-live.
• Engage deeply with customer stakeholders to gather and iterate on product needs.
• Drive commercial growth through upsell conversations and account expansion.
