Job summary

Flyboard, based in Barcelona, is seeking a General Manager of AI agents to own customers from qualified opportunities to live production. You’ll understand workflows, build prototypes, and drive deployment with Engineering, while maintaining performance, adoption, and expansion opportunities across European customers.

This role combines business judgment with hands‑on delivery, working directly with customers and the founders to shape product decisions and ensure measurable value from AI agents.

Qualifications

• Evidence of ownership: led a project from start to measurable outcome.
• Ability to ask useful questions and break down workflows.
• Strong customer-facing communication and alignment skills.
• Willingness to build prototypes and test agent behaviour with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery: define use cases, scope and success criteria.
• Build initial agent prototypes, configure behaviours, iterate prompts.
• Drive deployment: gather requirements, coordinate with Engineering, lead pilots and production launches.
• Own the customer relationship: manage expectations and unblock blockers.
• Improve live performance: analyze conversations and drive improvements.
• Grow customer value by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Shape the platform by translating deployment feedback into product improvements.
