Siemens Energy in Madrid area seeks a Senior AI Agent Developer to build production-grade AI agents and integrations, including APIs, tool-calling workflows, and multi-step reasoning chains. You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, and Bedrock in a role that ships features used in global gas services infrastructure.

You will collaborate with product teams to evolve capabilities based on real usage data, ensuring observable, scalable, and secure AI deployments across continents.

Formación

• 6–9 years in software engineering with 3+ years in GenAI, working on production systems.
• Strong Python skills and production deployment experience.
• Hands-on with cloud and AI frameworks; able to ship reliable systems.
• University degree in CS or engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement agent features and integrations in production codebases (APIs, websockets, tool-calling).
• Integrate pre-trained LLMs and embeddings, keeping systems maintainable and observable.
• Build self-verifying agent workflows with escalation paths for enterprise trust.
• Create comprehensive observability with logs and metrics for teams.
• Ship autonomous agents making business decisions with high reliability.
