Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an Agentic Architect to connect business needs with technology strategy across enterprise systems. You will design agent harnesses, multi-agent architectures, and governance frameworks to deliver agile, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities include defining intent pipelines, evaluating AI models, and ensuring observability, cost, and security. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement are essential in a hybrid, partially remote Madrid-based environment.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering/architecture
• 2+ years with production-grade LLM systems
• Coding agents (Claude Code, Codex CLI) configured for teams
• LangGraph/LangChain at architectural level; Python advanced
• MCP: server design and permission model
• LLM evaluation and observability (LangSmith/Langfuse)
• APIs for model fronts (Anthropic/OpenAI/Azure/OpenAI/Vertex) and tool-use patterns
• Enterprise architecture basics: Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD
• Client CTOs/architects liaison; professional English

Responsabilidades

• Design agent harnesses: hooks, skills, sub-agents, permissions, context, quality gates, traceability
• Define the intent→spec→plan→diff chain and its controls (evals, tests, human review)
• Architect multi-agent systems with LangGraph; integrate via MCP
• LangSmith evaluation strategy: gold datasets and pipeline gates
• Observe, optimize cost and ensure agent security (prompt injection, guardrails)
• Apply harness to migration: from legacy specs to regenerated apps
• Create reference architectures, ADRs, mentoring and pre-sales support
