Kyndryl is seeking an Agentic Architect to drive strategic IT solutions for top clients. You will design agile, auditable agent harnesses and multi-agent architectures, connecting business needs with technology stacks.

Expect collaboration with CTOs and architects, strong governance, and a focus on scalable, secure solutions. You will lead development harnesses, evaluation strategies, and guide teams across Azure/GCP environments, with emphasis on LangSmith, Langfuse, and cutting-edge AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering/architecture
• 2+ years with LLMs in production
• Experience with multi-agent architectures and governance
• Proficient in English for professional use
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Design agent harnesses and governance hooks
• Define intent→spec→plan→diff workflows and quality gates
• Architect multi-agent systems using LangGraph and MCP
• Plan evaluation strategy with LangSmith and golden datasets
• Ensure observability, cost control, and security for agents
• Mentor teams and support pre-sales on complex architectures
