Formación

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of applied ML experience with model development and dataset curation.
• Strong proficiency with Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Design featurization and dataset curation for biologics data.
• Build and evaluate ML models on assay, biophysical, and sequence data.
• Collaborate with ISD and Discovery scientists to align data science with modeling.
