Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Agentic Workflow Engineer to build and maintain agentic AI workflows for biologics discovery data processing. You will orchestrate data pipelines and integrate automation with models and compute, collaborating with senior engineers to translate scientific priorities into production systems.

You will work across Discovery, Data Science, ISD, and GenAI teams to deliver AI-driven closed‑loop workflows that improve reproducibility and design

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related computational field (or Bachelor’s with substantial relevant experience).
• Experience building scientific workflow orchestration and automation software.
• Experience applying agentic AI and modern LLM-based agents to scientific workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain agentic workflows to support biologics discovery data analysis and processing.
• Develop real-time data pipelines connecting automation software, data stores, models and compute.
• Collaborate with IT and platform teams to implement resilient APIs, observability and versioning.
• Partner with GenAI teams to extend enterprise capabilities for biologics discovery.
• Ensure data quality, provenance and AI-readiness across automated workflows.
