Were looking for a Sr. Agency Partner to help grow Pinterests Spanish agency business. As the primary point of contact for a listed set of agencies in Spain, you'll leverage executive relationships and your Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts and transform our agency partners into advocates to meet their clients' goals. In doing so, you'll play a key role in scaling one of the fastest growing advertising platforms in history through your agency partnerships.
What you'll do :
- Establish Pinterest as a leading business-driving platform for the Spain agency network.
- Drive incremental and new business revenue within your book of business.
- Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your agencies.
- Build relationships at the C-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform to maximize success for their clients.
- Keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present these to their clients.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with agency leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of agency investment planning, social media, and research.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends related to agency relationships.
- Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform.
What we're looking for :
- At least 5 years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, specifically working with media and related agencies on brand and performance advertising products.
- Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies within media agency networks, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures.
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines with forward-looking predictability.
- An independent, business-focused, creative thinker excited to work with leading agency and technology partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and proactive issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
