Architect & Own the Growth StrategyDefine the 10x Vision :

Develop and own the comprehensive strategy to exponentially scale the affiliate channel's revenue and customer acquisition, always optimizing for our north star metric :

12-Month LTV Margin.Strategic Roadmapping :

Deconstruct ambitious yearly goals into a clear, actionable roadmap. You will differentiate between large-scale strategic initiatives and ongoing operational tasks, owning the process from high-level vision down to daily execution.Forecasting & Modeling :

Build sophisticated forecast models based on clear assumptions to project channel growth, budget needs, and overall business impact.Build a Scalable Affiliate Engine SystemsThinking :

Go beyond simple campaign management. Design and implement the tools, systems, and methodologies that create a compound effect, turning one-off wins into a predictable, long-term growth machine.Elite Partner Recruitment :

Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential partners, including top-tier content creators, niche influencers, strategic technology partners, and other untapped sources.Masterful Negotiation :

Expertly negotiate commission structures (CPA, hybrid models, tenancy fees) and incentive programs to maximize channel profitability and align partner goals with our LTV-focused objectives.Drive Performance Through Data & OptimizationDeep Analysis :

Continuously monitor and analyze channel performance using Everflow, Mixpanel, and Looker / Tableau. You will dive deep into the data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.Actionable Reporting :

Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for the leadership team and cross-functional partners.Rigorous Testing :

Lead a continuous A / B testing framework for creative, landing pages, and promotional offers to relentlessly improve key performance indicators (Conversion Rate, AOV, CPA, LTV12 Margin).Act as a Cross-Functional LeaderChannel Evangelist :

Serve as the organization's subject matter expert and internal evangelist for all things affiliate marketing.Seamless Collaboration :

Work in lockstep with the Design, SEO, Social, Email, and Paid Media teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and brand message.Operational Excellence :

Partner with Finance on budget management and forecasting, with Legal on contracts and compliance, and with Product / Engineering to resolve technical tracking challenges (pixels, S2S, data feeds).What You'll Bring (Qualifications)Required :

Experience :

5+ years of direct experience in affiliate and partnership marketing, with a proven, demonstrable track record of scaling a program by orders of magnitude.Deep Analytical Acumen :

Exceptional quantitative skills. You are an expert in Excel / Google Sheets and proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets.Strategic Relationship Builder :

you build strategic, long-term partnerships. You have a history of turning small partners into top-tier revenue drivers.An Owner's Mindset :

You are proactive, resourceful, and accountable for outcomes from strategy to execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex projects autonomously.Exceptional Communication :

You can articulate complex strategies and present data-driven insights with clarity and confidence to any audience.Bonus Points (Preferred) :

Direct experience in the health and fitness industry. Proven success integrating influencer and content creator marketing into a performance-based affiliate strategy. Deep technical understanding of tracking methodologies, especially postback (S2S) tracking and advanced pixel implementation. Hands-on experience with our tech stack :

Everflow, Mixpanel, Looker, and / or Tableau. Experience managing and scaling a six- or seven-figure monthly affiliate budget.Our Values :
