We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Casino Affiliate Manager to drive growth, build strong affiliate partnerships, and optimize performance within our iGaming vertical. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, digital acquisition strategies, and data-driven decision-making. This role is key to expanding our affiliate network, increasing conversions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding : Identify, recruit, and onboard quality affiliates who align with company standards, especially in key verticals such as iGaming.
• Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliates, providing strategic advice and support to help them achieve optimal performance.
• Campaign Optimization : Collaborate with affiliates to optimize campaigns by analyzing performance metrics, adjusting strategies, and making recommendations to increase traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) to ensure that affiliates meet or exceed network standards and KPIs.
• Issue Resolution : Act as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to help them succeed.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory and network compliance standards, monitoring for fraudulent activity and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and best practices, especially within iGaming and other high-value verticals, to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Required :

• At least 3 years of experience in casino affiliate management , preferably within an iGaming company or affiliate network.
• Proven track record of driving affiliate revenue growth and optimizing performance.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Cake, Voluum, etc.).
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and digital acquisition strategies.

Preferred :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies .
• Experience working in regulated gaming markets and understanding of compliance best practices.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment .
