adhoq is a fast growing performance advertising startup. Our core advantage is deep knowledge and experience in all sectors of digital advertising landscape and adtech.

To expand our business, we are hiring for a Senior Affiliate Manager for our brand new Affiliate Network. This is going to be a critical role in the company.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry;
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills
  • You must be a DOER.. A self starter (We don’t like to micro-managing)
  • Very good English writing and communication skills
  • Not having a 9 to 5 mentality. You must be available in different time since we work with different timezone

Good to have skills

  • Experience and knowledge in Dating vertical
  • Established relationship with advertisers and affiliates in the industry
