Skydweller Aero Inc. in Madrid seeks a seasoned Program Manager to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex aerospace programs, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and government sources.

The role reports to the Company Program Manager and requires 10+ years of program administration, strong Jira and Python skills, experience with BI dashboards, and leadership of IPTs and Change Boards through design, build, verification, and testing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressively complex program administration, program management, or related experience.
• Six+ years as an engineer (electrical, mechanical, software, or systems).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain IMS for large, complex programs.
• Apply PM principles to manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead IPTs and Change Boards to ensure timely releases.
• Monitor vendor schedule performance and lead TRL transitions.
• Supervise team members and coordinate with operations.
