Skydweller Aero Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex aerospace programs in Madrid and beyond.

You will apply formal PM practices to manage large schedules, dependencies, and milestones across internal teams, vendors, and government sources. You will lead schedule analysis (CPM, float, variances) and coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressively complex program administration, program management, or related experience.
• Six or more years of prior experience as an engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, etc).
• Advanced proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in complex engineering/tech development programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Apply project management principles to manage large program schedules and dependencies.
• Perform schedule analysis: critical path, float, variances, and performance.
• Build and maintain IMS integrating internal, vendor, and government milestones.
• Monitor vendor schedule performance with weekly/monthly variances.
• Support TRL tech transition from concept to verification and testing.
• Lead IR&D efforts and/or contracted programs as needed.
• Supervise direct reports and coordinate with Engineering teams.
