Skydweller Aero Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex aerospace programs in Madrid and beyond.

You will apply formal PM practices to manage large schedules, dependencies, and milestones across internal teams, vendors, and government sources. You will lead schedule analysis (CPM, float, variances) and coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressively complex program administration, program management, or related experience.
• Six or more years of prior experience as an engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, etc).
• Advanced proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in complex engineering/tech development programs.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Company Program Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Applying project management principles to develop and manage large, complex program schedules.
• Performing program schedule analysis, including schedule metrics, critical path, float, schedule variances, dependencies, and overall schedule performance.
• Building and maintaining program-level Integrated Master Schedules that incorporate major milestones and deliverables from internal teams, vendors, and government sources.
• Monitoring vendor schedule performance, including weekly and monthly schedule variances.
• Demonstrating proficiency with enterprise-level scheduling software.
• Supporting the development and transition of mid-level Technology Readiness Level (TRL) technologies from concept inception through design, build, verification, and testing.
• Leading Internal Research & Development (IR&D) efforts and/or contracted programs.
• Supervising direct reports and demonstrating a strong understanding of project and systems engineering principles.
• Applying previous experience as a Chief Engineer and/or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead on development programs.
• Applying experience as a voting member of a Change Control Board (CCB) or Engineering Review Board (ERB), or as a signatory responsible for engineering drawing release and/or change authorization.
• Prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and following up on planned work to ensure accuracy and optimize productivity.
• Reviewing planned work requests, validating the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, and engaging the appropriate resources to establish preliminary priorities.
• Reviewing work requirements and determining the most effective approach for successful execution.
• Actively participating in scheduling meetings with operations planners to establish work priorities, optimize downtime windows, and determine necessary lead times.
• Identifying work requiring engineering design and coordinating requirements with the Engineering team.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressively complex program administration, program management, engineering, or related experience, including at least four years of program management experience.
• Six or more years of prior experience working as an engineer (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or a similar discipline).
• Advanced proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management and scheduling tools.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience working within complex engineering and/or technology development programs.
