Our client has recently launched a state-of-the-art satellite integration facility in Madrid, equipped to build constellations and smallsats alongside our global partners.

The Role: Senior Mechanisms Engineer

As a Senior Mechanisms Engineer, you will lead the technical development lifecycle of high-reliability space mechanisms, from concept to production. You'll be key in identifying market needs and transforming them into innovative, high-performance products.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering specialists.

Oversee design, prototyping, testing, and validation activities aligned with space standards.

Author high-quality technical documentation and reports.

Participate in early validation stages through functional and environmental testing (thermal, vibration, radiation, etc.).

Contribute to technical content for proposals and bids.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong background in systems engineering and V&V processes.
• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks) and FEM tools.
• Experience in mechanism testing and environmental qualification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with kinematic analysis tools, data analysis, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
