1. Delivery of front-end elements of Adobe Experience Manager and digital platform implementation, following client design standards and guidelines.
2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business needs driving the projects.
3. Implement test-driven development and deliver high-quality work as per organizational quality benchmarks.
4. Ensure accountability for assigned tasks with proper documentation of unit testing evidence in tracker tools (JIRA), meeting the Definition of Done (DoD).

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Deep knowledge of modern client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (4-5 years).
2. Experience in AEM and digital platform delivery.
3. Proficiency with common JavaScript patterns and best practices for creating robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
4. Experience making web accessible across all devices and assistive technologies for the physically impaired.
5. Solid understanding of web responsive design strategies (mobile-first and desktop-first) and media handling.
6. Experience working with frontend build tools like Webpack, postCSS, Babel, etc.
7. Comfortable working with version control systems.
8. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Meticulous in design and code quality.
10. Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.
11. Collaborative and relationship-oriented mindset.
12. Proficiency in English communication.
13. Proactive team player with strong analytical skills for issue resolution.

Additional Preferences:

1. Experience with functional or automated testing.
2. Familiarity with task management and documentation tools like JIRA.
3. Interest in learning new front-end technologies and frameworks.
4. Having a GitHub or similar portfolio to showcase contributions.
