Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior administrative or head of administration.
  • English & Spanish required.
  • Experience in the logistics sector is a plus.

Noatum provides services to ship owners and operators as well as exporters and importers and is present in more 30 countries with a strong presence in North America, South America, Europe, North Africa, the Arabian Gulf and Asia.

We are currently looking for a Senior Administrative for our finance team within our Autologistics division with global coverage. You will be based 100% work on-site at the group's office in Barcelona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a degree in Business Administration, Economics and / or similar, and with good analytical skills, team player, experience in a similar position in a Accountant dpt., and with a desire to develop in a very dynamic and international sector such as the logistics sector. If you are a proactive, dynamic, decisive person and, above all, you are eager to grow professionally, this is the project for you!

Main Functions

  • Coordination and execution of administrative procedures related to transport and logistics operations Management and control of documentation (invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, etc.)
  • Support in the preparation of monthly reports and internal documentation Communication with suppliers, clients, and internal departments across countries Assistance in the implementation and maintenance of the new ERP system (CargoWise)
  • Collaboration with the accounting and finance team for document reconciliation and audit preparation Support in compliance with legal and tax obligations in coordination with external advisors
