Tripledot Studios, within Lion Studios, seeks an Ad Monetisation Analyst to own the monetisation strategy across a portfolio of mobile games. You will build and optimize ad waterfalls, manage monetisation setups, and run A/B tests to drive revenue.

Collaborate with product and growth teams, partner with ad networks, and translate data into actionable improvements. Hybrid work with remote options available across teams globally.

Formación

• 3+ years in ad monetisation for games.
• Hands-on experience with the MAX mediation platform.
• Able to adapt quickly to new tools and dashboards.
• Self-sufficient and able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own ad monetisation strategy for a portfolio of games.
• Design and implement monetisation-related product decisions.
• Lead integration and rollout of new monetisation partners.
• Monitor KPIs such as eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU and report insights.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and UA teams.
