About the Role : We're seeking a driven Senior User Acquisition specialist with a passion for mobile gaming and strong analytical skills to drive player growth and efficiency. You'll need to be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to experiment and optimize campaigns, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities :

User Acquisition Campaign Management :

Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and engagement.

Market Research and Analysis :

Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

Campaign Performance Optimization :

Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive results, and inform future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Work with data analysis, creative teams, and external clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Creative Asset Management :

Manage creative assets to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.

Key Requirements :

5+ year of experience with management of mobile performance marketing campaigns, agency background preferred

5+ years of experience running MAI, AEO, VO campaigns on Paid Social

5+ years of experience running UA Campaigns on Meta, TT, Snap, Reddit, Moloco, Unity, Google and other core channels

Have strong analytical and quantitative skills and communication skills

Have a basic knowledge of major advertising platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google, Moloco etc.)

Have an understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition.

Have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns.

Detail oriented and proactive.

Speak and write English fluently.

Passionate about the mobile gaming industry.
